P3D crashes on C&D and RTF options...!?

Hello Milviz!

Great aircraft and thank you very much for her.

My issue is I keep getting a system crash if I select either "Cold and Dark" or "Ready to Fly" in the MVAMS app...!? If I choose "Current Condition" she is all on, engine running and ready to taxi. However I wish to have her load in a Cold and dark state so I get the full experience of starting her up.

So after reading your manual, I have created a saved Cold and Dark situation in my P3Dv3.4 as per your manual. With a simple default P3Dv3.4 aircraft (Beech Baron B58) and at a "non 3rd party addon" airport. So when i choose "Current Condition" in the MVAMS app she loads in a "Cold and Dark" state and can be started and flown fine.

However, again if I choose either "Cold and Dark" or "Ready to Fly" in the MVAMS app she crashes the computer each and every time!?!?

So I raise the question... what is the point of the "Cold and Dark" and "Ready to Fly" if they do not work and cause computer crashes no matter what default set up you have chosen..? Also, will I always have issues with her if I do not choose this saved Cold and Dark Beech Baron B58 flight....?

Also what do you mean by the default flight should be engines running? The default P3D scenario or the Turbo Otter default...?! Just a little confused on this one?

If you are referring to P3D default flight should have engines running...I believe I had explained that situation in the second line of my opening post. No...? If that does not make sense please let me try again....

Was referring to the default P3D flight.

For the error report, go to start menu->search->Event Viewer->Windows Logs->Application right after a crash. You will find the report there.

Thank you again for your time and assistance. Tomas's link has fixed the Cold and Dark issue. unfortunately it has come with its own issues now!!?

My engine keeps failing after take off Master generator light comes on and engine just quits!!?! I have followed the engine procedures as per manual. But I can not get 1 minute into the flight without her failing on me!?!

Pilot does not show and control surfaces can not be checked and free without having the engine started....!?! Master avionics switch is in the on position when it should be off for Cold and Dark!? Ski's can not be lowered or retracted!?! The handle in the cockpit next to the co-pilot marked as "GEAR LEAVER" does nothing!? It can not be moved in anyway but the cursor turns into a hand to suggests that you can do something with it!?!

YES sim is set to run as Admin. No more AMS "Cold and Dark" and or "Ready to Fly" issues....
