Elevator control stopped working after updates

Sad to point out but after enjoying flying the F-86F this past weekend when everything then worked perfect had a show stopper today. Installed the first non-tac pack version that arrived after removal of previous version and all seemed to be working except the elevators including no animation of the stick moving forward or aft. Side to side fine and other controls fine as well. Played with both hydraulic switches trying to get it to work somehow, engine running and cockpit light indication OK all the time, yellow. Later came the tac pack update and sadly the same result. Removed the old version first and then installed. The stick or the external aircraft view shows no movement. Have an HP Envy Intel i-7-6700K 4.00GHz with NVIDIA GeForce GTX 745 card, Windows 10, 1TB SSD. Saitek X-55 Rhino. Keep everything updated and ESEt Smart Security set to gaming mode. To me anyway, while on the ground the keyboard assignments did not seem to change anything but better checked airborne, no luck with that without elevators. Please help!

I went to do that and first got the attached failed to install message. Next took a look at what version was installed and noticed many. I don't know beans about this programmers software, should I delete some or all of the many other versions attached?

Nope they are all necessary. I assumed that would be the missing file since it is the only thing I can think of that changed.

Download this and open the Milviz_F86.dll in it and send me a screenshot after collapsing the lists in the top left window so it looks like the below pic in the red outline.

OK Got It... Work and need for sleep got in the way... Have both F-86F with and without TacPack versions.

Ok I misunderstood something....You are able to start the engine fine? Ie engine master and battery switch works?

Are you routing your controls through FSUIPC?

The engine starts perfect using the battery and starter toggle switch. As to the other question I have the freeware version of FS.... but that is all. I have not done anything but installed it and update when new versions come out.

How is your elevator control input set up? Do default aircraft work?

Yes FSXSE default aircraft, your Phantoms (ADV), F-100D all MIlviz others plus other brands work perfect, here is my setup.

No other controllers? Make sure you don't have an elevator axis assigned another controller?

Looked at the others (mouse yoke, mouse look, combat peddles and none having anything selected for elevator). Also did a cold start for both the TacPack and Not TacPack German F-86Fs and same condition again, stick goes side to side but no forward and aft. Engine start and battery selection good.
