Re: F-15C & T-38C status
I find it funny MV is getting the short end of "marketing" but A2A isn't even though what they've really showed of their F-104 and F-4 is an untextured, mostly unanimated model and nothing more in almost 2 years now and they pretty much did the same with every other release before that. I think I have an idea though Colin, something that A2A and a couple of other developers do. Post an update every month or two on where you're at. No pictures or video required, just a post updating on progress towards completion of the announced projects. A2A I know does videos on a semi-monthly basis, but that's just an "above and beyond" that they use not just to show what they've done and where they're going, but to preview major features on Accusim that non-pilots won't understand, in essence making a tutorial before the plane is release.
I think for you guys, just a regular update schedule will be more than enough for those who look for your airplanes. People just want to know that you're working on it and making progress. Doesn't have to be overly specific, but just giving an idea of - "hey, we've got the visual model 90% complete, the panel is starting work, and the flight dynamics have been roughed out for testing once the visual model is complete."

EDIT MOD: post removed.Kenan wrote: aren't really trying to keep the customers interested. Being tight lipped as you are, doesn't really motivate me visit the forums as often as I used to. This is not intended to be "bashing" just my personal observation. First I had to "make you" post some screenshots and now you won't even answer a simple question..

Sometimes I wish there was a thumb up or down for posts. I like that last one.

I put the "make you" part in quotes because I didn't want to be interpreted the way you have just (mis)interpreted it.Bone wrote:
Say What? You did what?? "make you" post some screen shots? Listen up, I offered to post the shots, because you asked for some to be posted. Seriously man, I just hit 20,000 hours this month as an airline captain, you didn't make me do jack crap, Wannabee.
It wasn't my intention to offend anyone or to engage in any kind of personal argument, the one you're trying to instigate right now.
English is not my primary language though I believe my post could hardly be taken the way you took it. All I wanted was to emphasize the fact that I had to put some effort in "making" anyone of you (Milviz or testers) to post any screenshots.
If you feel in any way offended by my comment, I apologize.
Regards.

the point here is that we will only post wips or screenies or info when there is something that we wish to report. Till then, feel free to ask but we will feel free to not respond...

Hmmm...awefully quite on the F-15C front.
Would there be, maybe...please...pretty please...any news about the F-15C other than that it is being worked on?
A nice side shot of it...maybe?

Re: F-15C & T-38C status
What about now, there's got to be something, not a specific release date, but maybe say like the F15C should be available in the next 4 or 6 months, that isn't a certain release date, but at least we know it is moving along and we don't have a full 12 months or more to wait for it, or it is going to be at least 12 months away, at least we have a ball park?Krazycolin wrote:Sorry. Or you can choose not to tell us anything and we'll wait with baited breath until it get here.

I just noticed, my last post concerning the T-38C status is a year old
I suppose it's dead, hm?
