TOUGH FDE Install Question Again

Sorry dear Guys to repeat my question but I still need confirmation on the installation of the "TOUGH FDE" files.
After installation of the 407, you can find a folder in the 407 root folder with two air files: rudder and stick (or collective - cant remeber exactly).
How can I install that properly and where ? In the 407 air file?
What result/change can I expect?

Back up your Bell407.air. Then rename the file you want to use (the pedal or the stick version) to Bell407.air and replace the original.
