Sorry to seem daft but is this the installer with the add on? I bought mine at PC Aviator and for some reason they are not updating their installer. Would love to have this. Sorry for the silly question I just didn't want to download the wrong thing. Thanks!

Thanks very much!! I bought this at PC Aviator and they've been dragging their heels on getting this up. Actually it felt more like a complete run around on their part. Anyhow thanks again! :D

Sir,
I am seeing all the 407's on the FSX when I launch the program but when I go to select the aircraft it's transparent with black windows and a slight silhouette of a helicopter. When I select one of the aircraft the FSX kicks off immediately. I am not very computer literate and thought I can just purchase, download, and fly. I am a bit flustered as I don't know how to get it running correctly and spent 40 bucks to boot.
My computer:

Window's 10
Version 1703
OS build 15063.540
Intel Core i5 5200 CPU
2.2 ghz
6.0 GB RAM
1TB memory
64 Bit OS
Direct X 12

Any help will be deeply appreciated to get this resolved and thanks in advance.

Can you take a screenshot of it so we can get a better idea of the problem?

Sir,
Here is the initial aircraft screen which shows the BH407 present on FSX. When you select the aircraft and view it shows as invisible, except the windows (as shown). then when you select "Fly Now" it kicks it off the FSX completely. All aircraft other than the 407's are still operating as normal, it's just the 407 that is being difficult. I tried many things on the frequent problem list that I could do, without luck. I bet someone who had this issue know's exactly what's causing it to malfunction.

Thanks for any help in this matter,

Mark

What sort of video card are you running? The 407 is a rather detailed model and that sort of problem usually appears when graphics settings are too high for the video card.

You might want to consider getting yourself a better video card rather than relying on the motherboard's internal video processor. NVIDIA card prices are getting quite low, especially the mid range cards. I have often found that those running on the intel internal video cards tend to have a lot of problems as well as lower performance, even though FSX is more CPU bound than GPU bound.
