New FDE
This fixes most of the issues with the exception of the hover stance. we're still trying to figure out how to do that one without borking all of the nice flight dynamics that are in...

maybe if you export your model with 5deg nose up (so the mast is vertical wrt the ground reference), it will fix the hover attitude?

Actually, he's right Bill.
This is a chopper and that's what you do.
Do remember this is our FIRST chopper. We're still learning the ins and outs of them...

Oh right, I completely forgot that the deck angle when on ground can be set in the aircraft.cfg file's entry for static_pitch, which is currently:
static_pitch = 0.198
Thus compensating for the tilted model origin...

... and any chance giving us rigid skids? it will clean up the bounce when weight is coming off the wheels for htr-based flight models. i'm sure Fred will agree.
