MVAMS: Can't assign button to trim
Hello,
I bought the 407 in the latest sale.
I've ran into a problem with MVAMS. I can't seem to assign a key to the force trim system.
The screen to assign a key appears just fine. But it does not respond to any joystick or keyboard keypress.
If I click on 'clear' the text on the screen changes slightly, but that's it. It still won't pickup any keypresses.
Info:
MVAMS running as admin, installed in a folder that's excluded from Windows Defender (no other AV insatalled)
407 version: 180309
System: Windows 10 Pro 1803.
Latest version of .NET 4.5 and C++ 2013 redistributables installed.
Sim: Prepar3D V4.4
I'd love to get this fixed. So hopefully somebody knows where the problem may lie.
Thanks
Lars Domen

I can't recall if I set it up to support keyboard assignment....I might not have. What joystick/keyboard are you using?

Re: MVAMS: Can't assign button to trim
I'm using a Sharkoon Skiller Mech keyboard (nothing special, no special software or anything for the keyboard) and a Saitek X-55 Rhino, with the Saitek profiling software,
And it seems that was the problem, MVAMS doesn't pickup keyboard keys.
I've tried with an unassigned joystick button, and that works.
should've thought of that myself...
Thanks for the help.
