Hello,

I recently decided to try the 737 in P3D v4, I used the latest installer but every time I try to load the aircraft it will appear, makes the sound of the engines stopping for some reason (using Ready to Start setting) and then P3D will lock up and crash. Uninstalled and reinstalled with the same effect.

Any assistance would be appreciated, thanks.

Which version? Needs to be the absolute latest

I meant of P3D

I know you said v4.3 in the title but we have had occasions where users showed the latest version in programs but when they checked dll version numbers they didn’t match up. Go to your sim directory and find the sim1.dll. Right click on it, go to properties/details and post the version number.

Installed this summer from this P3D download, checked the P3D site and it's still the current version:

Your sim1.dll doesn't match up with P3Dv4.3.29.25520. The version numbers must match perfectly.

You will need to uninstall and reinstall the client. Just the client, not the content or scenery. Your addons will remain fine.
