WX Advantage
After install of the latest 737 and then the latest livery pack I then added "_WX" after the model and panel lines in .cfg. Now if I run the 737 Config Mgr it shows all options selected for each livery, red checks accross the board.
Any ideas for how to get the config mgr working properly WITH the "_WX" option enabled?
Thanks.

Re: WX Advantage
So does anyone from Support look at these? Still looking for a solution to having the COnfiguration Manager work after the "_WX" option added to aircraft.cfg.

Re: WX Advantage
Honestly I don't see a problem here, so cannot really explain what you are reporting.
Do understand though that the WX option was added as a bonus feature and that the configuration tool was not updated to support it as a 'clickable option.'
That said, once you've run the configuration tool and changed anything at all, you'll have to re-edit the aircraft.cfg file to add the _WX option again.

Re: WX Advantage
After editing the aircraft.cfg the Configuration Manager no longer functions to save loads or selection of aircraft type. (Again, all options on page 1 show red checkmarks and are no longer selectable. Only the Gravel Kit option seems to allow checking/unchecking. Page 2 does not update pax, baggage and other cargo info.)
SO what you are saying is I can have the WX Advantage in the 3D Cockpit IF Im willing to loose the functionality of the Config. Mgr OR have a functional Config. Mgr. and no 3D WX Gauge?
Is there a plan to update the Config.Mgr to onef that works with a 3D WX Gauge?
I would be more than willing to work with you all on that...

Hey, pretty old thread, but I wasn't able to find a proper instruction yet - do you have a link to a proper guide to have clickable, VC representation of the WX radar?

Re: WX Advantage
I'm a bit confused. When MILVIZ states "Updated to include the WX Advantage Radar!" on the 737-200 Combi product page, what does that mean exactly?
a) Does that mean that the WX Advantage Radar is included and part of the VC if you select the button on the MVAMS page?
Or does it mean that
b) if you have bought/will buy the WX Advantage Radar, the 737-200 Combi is ready to "accept it" in the VC if you check that block?
I assumed it was a) but after not seeing a bunch of clouds show up on the radar, I'm beginning to think it is b)
If a) then I guess I need to tweak gan and elevation until I see something (or maybe do harsher weather)
If b) then I guess I need to purchase WX Advantage Radar…which from looking at its product page, seems pretty cool and something I might add to other aircraft.

Re: WX Advantage
The 737 doesn't have the WXR included at this time.
We MAY add it later.
We are presently on other stuff so the bugs that have been posted will have to wait till the next iteration.
No known date but it will be as soon as we can get to it.
Thanks.

Re: WX Advantage
The latest iteration of the B737-200C does include the WX Radar...
...but it is locked to work only with Miviz products.
