Panel/Background Lights not working, latest version of 737

Hi there, I habe a problem with all the gauge panel lighting, and also background lighting, including dome lights, in fact no interior lights are working. All outside lights work correctly, and all the dim switches for the cockpit lights turn and work, but there's only following action: Background/Dome lights no action at all, Panel lights: when turning the switches on, only a few digits in the cockpit start to illuminate, e.g. numbers in the comms or navs, or cabin alt selection numbers. They are lit already halfe way the panel light selectors are turned towards full. When I use the background switch on the captain's side, nothing at all can be seen, but there's a destinctive clicking sound as the switch turns through the 11 o'clock position and from then on, the mouse cursor, meaning the hand is disappearing, although switch is moving on, but at all no lights in entire cockpit.
Anti Virus/Firewall, everything turned off before download, I use FSX, System rather old but ok, pur hase was 2 days ago, so the latest version of 737. UAC also deactivated. Purchase via aerosoft.de in germany.
Also something strange if I turn on the ground PWR switch, the PWR becomes selected and then the light goes on, thats strange, when ground guys plug in the ground power unit one can see the ground power light illuminated, thats not the case in the 737 in FSX. When starting the APU it directly goes on bus, deactivating the selected ground PWR supply, but I can't see any amps drawn from the APU generator when I turn the amps selector in the electrics panel to APU Gen.
So seema to be another problem with the electrics.
Hope you can help me, many thanks and best regards from germany, David
