Hey guys,
I have just purchased the 737 and I'm really enjoying the product! Having spent some time in Yellowknife, Canada around these machines I have been looking forward to
trying them on the sim. I'm encountering an issue with the FMS however. For some reason the FMS information does not fit on the whole FMS display. I have build V2.140618
which I presume is the most current as I have just downloaded it. This issue occurs in all liveries and with either the SP177 or 77 on all pages of the FMS.
I figured it might be a font issue on my side but I'm looking for any ideas as to what might be causing this?
I have attached some pictures for some insight.
Thanks, Duncan

That is definitely a font issue.
Suggest you reinstall...

Hi Colin
I have tried re-installing the 737 a few times now with no change to the FMS display issue. I have only used the uninstaller provided from Milviz. Is there a particular font that is used that I can check to see if it is properly installed on Windows? Not too sure what else to try?
Thank you for your help with this.
Duncan

I don't know what font David is using. He never sent any fonts for me to include in the installer.

Thanks for looking into that! Hopefully I can work it out further down the road.

At the risk of reviving a year old topic, I have exactly the same problem that the OP shows in this thread. Has this ever been resolved? I have seen the same issue with another aircraft. Running FSX Acceleration on Win7 x64 GTX260 card.
Thanks,
DJ

I've asked David to take a look at this one...
(He coded the UNS)

The font is included/built in the gauge, you don't need to install it.
Are you sure you have the latest build of the 737-200

Check your system's Display setting. Make certain it is set to
Smaller - 100% (default)

Bill,
That was the first thing I checked and it is correctly set at 100%. I have two aircraft that behave per the OP's screenshots - the MilViz 737 and an older Eaglesoft a/c. I'm running a 1920X1080 HD monitor.

DJ

Yes, just downloaded from this page. The gauge has this issue in the MV 737 in FSX and the Eaglesoft CJ1+ V2 in FS9 as well.

HI,
Let's try this another way since I have received no real response to this issue in nearly a month. What font is used in the gauge? I understand it is coded into the gauge, but what font is it?

QCman will have to answer that question, since I have no idea whatever myself...

I posted this support request nearly two months ago and have received no useful response. Is this normal support here? I really don't expect this to be ignored for a product of this price. As a last resort, I expect I can replace the gauge with one of Ernie Alston's ISG gauges, but wonder if it will properly govern the aircraft's systems?
