737/200 engine failure

have downloaded this prog onto fsx:SE and prep 3D V4.However on starting up sim with the200 both engines die.Does not respond o manual start.When I go to quick access panel for the 200 on the management system non of the buttons work in conjunction with 737200 help!!!!!!

i have alerted the engineers and they are trying to reproduce the problem.
In the meantime, please tell us more about your system, and what other addons you are using.

This appears to be a problem with fuel selection. Our engineers are working on this. Thank you for your patience.

First thing to verify is, does your default flight have the engines running?

Did you fuel up in the MVAMS?
