FU-675 WIP
Ferg thought this would be a nice paint to do, the FU-675. The plane has been completely restored and is flying today. So, why not paint it when nobody else would after he posted about it a year ago. Better late than never. Pic of the real deal, and where I'm at on it.

Nice work.
If you don't mind a little constructive criticism , the edges of the camo should look like spray paint a little farther back

I already know that. I appreciate the critique, but the green for now is just a rough placement. I'll adjust the green after I get the stencils where I need them. Then, adjust and soften the paint edges. This is a long ways from being done.Slayer wrote:Nice work.

Re: FU-675 WIP
Quick update.... Usually I do both sides of the fuse first, then tail, then wings, under carriage, and then stencils to finish. I'm doing this one the same as the F-15 Aggressors squadron. One side at a time. Fuse, tail, wings, under carriage, and then stencils. Then start on the other side in the same fashion. It isn't a hard paint, just very time consuming to get the details right.

Re: FU-675 WIP
Left side is almost done. A few custom stencils here and there, and then work on editing the green camo to be a bit softer on the edges, and it'll be done. Hopefully next week, I can start on the right side.

Sorry guys, been playing with 2020 and learning how to paint planes. I'll upload it tomorrow, Monday afternoon.
