C-GDAT REDUX
AKA BD193. Operated by the Manitoba Fire Suppression Dept. She is one of three still giving sterling service. Brought to my attention by Dave Wilton, who used to fly it.

Doesn't it though. Blame the Manitoba government.

Indeed.
On a sidenote, you sure you got the orange shade correct? It looks a lot redder in the photos than in the sim.

Well the guy who flew it seems to think it's spot on. I, like you, thought it was redder but he put me right. Anything else?JonathanBleeker wrote: ↑Mon Apr 23, 2018 2:57 pmIndeed.

Well, that's the trouble with photos, you can't really rely on them to be true to real life.Ron Attwood wrote: ↑Mon Apr 23, 2018 6:35 pmWell the guy who flew it seems to think it's spot on. So right Bill. I've generally got around ten different photos of a plane and the colour is different in all of them. I usually settle for a mean average. On this one there were only two pictures available. until this one turned up at the last knockings.

Re: C-GDAT REDUX
The repaint colors are very good . I flew this (plus the other 2 plus the 215) from 2001-2009. I really appreciate you doing this repaint. These aircraft on fire duties were subject to regular heavy duty turbulence. The maintenance people in the off season would pull the wings and tail off regularly to inspect for cracks. These were excellent aircraft for this duty.
