Shift+2 shows black picture with error

After installing the new F-86 dll libraries the plane can now be selected and works, but I can not configure the plane as when pressing shift+2 a black frame appears with the error message: failed to load image 3.
What is wrong?

Is your sim running as admin? As in right click on your FSX exe and select Properties->Compatibility->Run this program as administrator?

I have this same issue. I'm definitely running as admin and the problem still exists, no idea how to rectify it, Help!

Image 3 is not loading, but I can click the functions but without seeing where I click. So I was able to activate external power, but only by guessing where to click within the black window. I'm running FSX with Acceleration pac on Windows 10.

The error code 3 in your message means out of memory.
