Parts of Fuselage / Virtual Cockpit missing

This is a common issue with high fidelity addons, but there's a common fix, which does usually sort it it.
1) Go to Windows' "Run.."
- Start Menu ---> Run...
OR
- Windows Flag button + R
2) Paste this and hit OK
3) Scroll down to
[GRAPHICS]
add:
Be sure to save with .cfg extension, not .txt et cetera
