Try unzipping this into your F-86 panel folder: https://www.dropbox.com/s/726vulx6pp3wf ... 6.zip?dl=0

Hello Jonathan,
Still no luck. I tried starting P3D as administrator, and executing the file you sent me as administrator, but nothing helped. The strange thing is that I have exactly the same issue on a completely new computer. Could the problem be with some general systems settings?
Best regards,
Stickshaker

Can you even move switches like the engine master switch and such?

The zip file I posted above is something you just open, select the dll inside, and copy and paste to your sim dir\SimObjects\Airplanes\Milviz F-86 TacPac\panel.TP folder. I don't quite understand what you mean by executing it as admin?

Sorry, I meant that I gave all user groups all possible permissions to read, write etc. the file.

Ok something deeper might be going on here....Can you go to your control panel->Administrative Tools->Event Viewer->Windows Logs->Application and check for any errors involving MV or Milviz Files after running the F-86?

Hello Jonathan,
I see no reference to MilViz files in the logbook. The references are mainly about the OVR Service Launcher (whatever that is), but the logbook says it cannot find the description of the logbook entry. Also mentioned is event 6000 of WinLogOn: notification <SessionEnd> was not available (translated from Dutch). The rest of the logs pertain to Oculus Rift (but I had the gunsight problem already before I got the Rift) and some other things that do not seem to have a relationship with the simulator. I could not find out how to save the file, but if you want and tell me how to do it I can send you the file. I also don’t mind if you have a look at the problem with remote access.
Best regards,
Stickshaker

Could you confirm whether or not you can even move switches like the engine master?

Yes, Jonathan, that is no problem, at least for the switches I use for starting the engine (did not try the rest). I can also double-click on the throttle during start-up and that works too. And when I turn the knob of the gunsight I hear it click.

I'll try once again with this one...Unzip these into your panel folder for the F-86. Then make sure you make range control assignments in the AMS.

Jonathan, the files did not help. I suggest we let it go for now; I’ll fly without gunsight. A pity, but it is still a nice plane. Thanks for your help so far, and who knows, maybe someday you or someone else gets a bright idea…
