Can I get it from there please?

I have sent a support request to Fs Pilotshop who have acknowledged it but otherwise taken no action.
There is no sign of the update on their site at all, in fact if you search for Milviz products using their
Aircraft\by manufacturer function, there is no trace of any of your products.
I don't suppose I can buy the upgrade from you?

I'm sure FS Pilotshop will sort it out soon. We have been talking and they have the v.4 compatible installers.
