Loading F86 Crashing P3D v3.4.18.19475

Hi Milviz.
When I try to load the F-86 v4.160222 in P3D v3.4.18.19475 I am getting a MSVCR90.dll crash error every time.
This happens both with loading at the initial stat-up scenario screen or in-sim after some other plane has been loaded.
I have tried all of the crash suggestions in the above forum stickies but with no success,
ie delete cfg, confirm Milviz folder in P3D root folder, C++ 2008 installed, place Milviz_F86CL.dll in main Gauges folder
and P3D running as Admin.

Thanks a lot JB those files got it loading both at sim start-up and changing aircraft in-sim.

However there is another problem.
Once the F86 is loaded and I try to bring up the aircraft configuration panel with "Shift + 2"
I get an error message saying image number three cannot be found.
The window then opens but it is all black except for some white text
saying "Do you want to clear all data".
Only thing I can then do is to Shift + 2 again to close the window.

What happens if you go to your simulator directory\Milviz\F86 and delete the F86.ini located there?

I still get the same "Error, Failed to Load Image 3" warning box and the shift+2 window is still black but there is no white text this time.
I note that afterwards the F86.ini file is not being re-created in the Milviz\F86 folder. (Just assuming it should be?).

The next question is running as admin. Right click on your Prepar3D, select properties->Compatibility and check Run this program as administrator.

On a side note since you are running P3D, please verify that switches actually move when you click them?

Yes to both.
P3D is running as Admin and mouse will operate switches.
