Our VF-84 Squadron were hoping since Milviz has the F-86 Varient Platform how possible would it be for your
developers to come out with the FJ-3M U.S. Navy aircraft carrier varient?... We would appreciate a positive feedback if possible. Thank you.

We have seen the U.S. Navy textures for the Aerosoft F-86 but the tail hook and launch bar are not animated.
I think we need the carrier varient just like the F-4E has the F-4S/J Carrier varient. We are ready to purchase!

That's quite alright. Will endorse another developer with the proposal in question. Thank you for your products.

Can you atleast include a working tailhook and lever indication light in the cockpit addon?

An awesome photo! I never knew they made a career capable version of the F-86. I especially like the fact that the canopy is open - SOP in those days before the zero-zero ejection seats.

Re "carrerizing" MILVIZ's F-86…I suppose you could try a deck run…would probably take a carrier doing 30+ knots into a 30+ knot headwind since I noticed the F-86 isn't all that "quick" on acceleration…of course the virtual flight deck crew and shooter would be blown overboard …

Trapping would be "problematic" - however, I have proven the belly landing feature works - that might stop it in time…running over all the virtual yellow shirts that hadn't been blown over the side. ;)

Just a thought. :D

BTW, I'm a former VF-32 Swordsman - in the mid-1980's when they flew Tomcats.

Thanks for your service Hangar 200 I'm also Navy retired I served from 1990 to 2010. But yeah I added a tail hook script and launch bar to the Milviz F-86 and it works.
The only thing In the VC cockpit I don't have any visual light tail hook indication? I just push the assigned tail hook key stroke and hope for the best! lol. Good flying my friend.

Isn't that what the Boss and Mini-Boss is for? Check for hook down when they come into break? I can hear the sarcastic radio call now, "Gypsy 201, are you thinking about landing?…'cause right now you're set for a touch-and-go."

Thank you too for your service!
