Please help me with the steps to properly uninstall Milviz Baron 55.

Run the installer and check the box to Uninstall

how do I Install milviz B+55 in fsx?

Run the installer and you should get an option to install in the simulators the installer detected. If you have FSX and the installer is not showing you the option to install in FSX, you may need to run the registry fix tool. I think is available from Flight 1.
