Radar gauge remains dark

Post by heightsmite » Fri Sep 11, 2020 3:23 pm

The radar gauge, which previously worked well, now remains dark after engine/electronics start. The a/c config shows the correct edits, but the screen itself remains pure black on power up. If I turn off the master switch, the radar screen lightens up a bit as if cold & dark.

I've deleted & reinstalled numerous times, both the main app and various versions of the wx advantage app.

Are there any steps I'm missing.

Did you install the update that was posted here? What version of P3D?

Using p3d4.5.2

The versions of the mv radar gauge I've tried are 1.194524 and 1.200819

For P3D v4.5 HF3 you will need to have the latest version. Please contact REX support for the download as I cannot provide that to you. I suspect you have the older version that only worked up to 4.5 HF2.

Already tried the update provided by REX; radar remains black. This is while using p3d 4.5.2

Ok let me dust off this bird and get it reinstalled. I'll see if it's working on my end either way we will try to get you fixed up. Thanks for your patience while we investigate.

It was dark here as well. I've asked a dev to take a look.

At least I know it's not something I did.

Hope we can resolve it. Thanks again.
