SOLVED MY LACK OF INT LIGHING

Top 5 fav birds THE t-38 but the lights NEVER worked. There are tons of post but they are lenghty,repeat and meander. BTW-p3dv3, not the adv model. WAITING ON A SALE.hint....
In MY case, the F4s lack of lights were due to a FSX.EXE placed by the Estonia migration tool despite disabling it. I deleted it and the fsx.exe. SOLVED.
In a final act of desperation with the T-38 I stumbled across a post here "don't ask where" and did this.
1st make a quick copy of the file.
This goes into your T-38's panel folder:
viewtopic.php?f=39&t=6266
I downloaded them, placed each where it said and LIGHTS. Now I can fly the T38 at night.
