Elevator Trim Adv T-38A Prepar3d 3.4

The Elevator Trim does not work in Prepar3d 3.4 when bound to the Elevator/Aileron trim(POV hat) Hat switch 1. Aileron trim works fine. All trim functions work on other aircraft in Prepar3d.

Does it work when you assign it to another key?

Yes, and with the default keyboard bindings.

I installed the standard version of the T-38A to Prepar3D with no control changes made, the elevator trim worked fine on the standard version. The trim works as advertised on all the other aircraft in Prepar3D.

Anybody care to venture a guess as to the solution to this problem, I went so far as to reset my Win 10 OS and reinstall Prepar3D, and made sure the legacy versions of simconnect were installed. All programs and installers were downloaded and installed with the anti-virus off and run "As Administrator" All programs, drivers, and installers are the most recent ones available.
