Re: Interior Lights
Hi,
yes, I uninstalled it days ago. But I'll reinstall the whole P3D v.3 (so uninstalling the v3.1 Content and Client, just to be sure).
Will follow a feedback in the afternoon.

Fulvio

Re: Interior Lights
Hello,
The migration tool is not running. And Roger that on the ADV or MD530 support forum. Just wanted you guys to be aware and will follow the threads and try to see what else may be causing this across the aircraft. FYI I also own the standard T-38 and it is happening to it also. Just a heads up!

Re: Interior Lights
Hello Jonathan,
I also noticed after I switch aircraft and go back to a native p3d aircraft that MV_NL.exe continues to run (Task Manager). I also tried with ADV and with the MD530 and they also continue to run after switching to another aircraft other than MILVIZ aircraft. Is this correct?
Thanks and I appreciate any help with this!
Regards,
Chip

Re: Interior Lights
Nope. Shouldn't behave that way. Try killing it via task manager, then reloading the aircraft and see what happens.

Re: Interior Lights
Yep, same thing it still stays on after exiting the aircraft and going to another aircraft. I also tried switching to the MD530 and both MV_530_NL and MV_NL are running after switching to another non MILVIZ aircraft. But I found the problem and it goes back to what you were stating about the Migration Tool. It appears the Saitek's (Instrument Panels)FSX Plugin for P3d also accesses the FSX.exe file in the migration tool folder and that was what was causing the problem! Thanks Johnathan for all your assistance! And sorry for the run around!! Love all your guys work!!!
Regards, Chip

Re: Interior Lights
Hi,
just an addendum. I uninstalled completely P3D v3 and formatted the :E disc where it is placed. After that I reinstalled the P3D 3.1 ex novo and NO MORE reinstalled Migration Tool. T.38 interior lights still not working and no MV_NL.exe working in the Task Manager.
Just for the record.

Did you remember to set your P3D .exe to run as admin?

Re: Interior Lights
I just purchased the T-38A (legacy) for FSX and I can't get the interior lights working either.
Anyone have a fix for the FSX version?
Thanks,
Reggie

Hi all,
just an update.
My last and - alas - useless attempt; I gave full permissions even to the .exe installing file. This in the P3D v3.1 completely reinstalled and forgettimng forever the Migration Tool, throw in the recycle bin.

Re: Interior Lights
Hi Jonathan,
just tried - to no avail - to open the interior lights. But this time there's a difference.
1-The Task manager din't show any process going on of the MV_NL, but
2-I didn't find any Error in the Application log: Anyway, attached the last I saw in the Window Log. Hope it can help.
It's incredible the troubles we have with this Talon. The wonderful F-86 just installed yesterday is a wonder, and we even fixee the Phantom interior lights only by giving full permission to all the .exe files and starting P3D v3.1 by default as Administrator. It's really puzzling, actually.
