I did a few longer flights within the last days. On all flights i realized that the Sound volume will decrease for a while before returning to the original volume. On most flights i started 20-30 Minutes after engine start.

Strange the sound files pretty much just loop. Not sure what could be causing this asking our sound developer for his input.

Is this from the VC or the external?
Do you keep one camera view throughout?

Yes, permanent in VC without any changes. It happened on six from six flights (on different days with pc and sim restarts).

I suspect this might be the infamous Windows 10 volume management acting up.

Possible solution:

----------------------------

1. Go into the windows 10 control panel
2. Click on sound
3. On the communications tab mine was already set on do nothing so i changed it back to reduce the volume by 80%
4. Click apply and ok

5. Restart windows 10

6. Go back into control panel > sound > Communications
7. Set it to do nothing
8. Click apply and ok

----------------------------

Additionally, you might want to make sure the Primary Playback Device and Voice Playback Device are both set to your loudspeakers in P3D options --> sound.

Do you use ATC during flight or you have com radios off?
