Resetting my Download Count

I purchased (0085158918) the A-1H Skyraider on 04/27/21 and I can't get the Download Link to work properly. Every time I click on the download command for the A-1H nothing downloads. Also when I click on the Download I lose one of my Download attempts. I am down to just 1 Download attempts left. Only with Oslin's help did I manage to get just 1 Download. I need for MilViz to please credit me back the other 8 Download attempts that failed! I need to get a new Download of the A-1H to reinstall the product. Any help I could get with this matter would be greatly appreciated!
