Many flickering lights (AoA,Gear,Canopy etc)

Hello,
Purchased this the other day and I am very happy with it - flying it non-stop in P3D v4.5
But I am having some weird issues with some of the cockpit lights flickering.
The AoA indexer flashes intermittently
The green landing gear lights flash while in transit until showing steady green when down.
The Canopy Amber Light flashes rapidly once the canopy is closed - then goes out after adding a bunch of power
The annunciator bar flashes rapidly during initial start up until flashing a gen or adding some power
The RealLight cockpit lights work fine and look amazing still. At first I thought this was a 'feature' but on reviewing some Youtube videos of people flying it - theirs do not behave like mine.
Also the AoA indexer is on constantly - not just when the gear are down which seems different from the videos I have seen.
Any ideas?

GeForce 2070, Current Drivers
FXAA On, AA = 8xMSAA, Anisotropic 16x, with HDR on.
I have played with the filtering and the lighting settings without any luck as well.

There was an update to Windows10 that causes issues with flickering displays/flashing etc in V4 for some people on certain systems/driver combinations. Please check attached pic. Right click P3D icon, pick properties and put a check in the highlighted box and see if issue goes away.

That was a good idea. I already had that checked though - and running with it unchecked doesn't make a difference either.

My only other suggestion is using the legacy render files. They are in the KA folder. Copy those and replace ( make backup or you will have to reinstall to get the old files back.)

When I first downloaded and installed it, MILVAS did send me through a re-download and update. I have since uninstalled and reinstalled with v1.200907 with no change. I have discovered though that if I just click the Indexer Dimming knob once when the flashing starts - things settle down until that light would be activated again.
Ex - lower gear - handle and three green are flashing - click indexer brightness knob and they all go out - until I retract the gear.
