Invalid Activation???

Hi,

Really? I have the "Invalid Activation Details" message!

I bought this aircraft as soon as it was released (end of August), installed and validated without any problem. I've flown it a lot of times, I even made a few videos. Today after selecting the aircraft, when launching the flight he asks me for my email and activation code!? I enter the data and the answer is "Invalid Activation Details"!?

Before you ask, this is the path: E:\Program Files\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v4\SimObjects\Airplanes\MV_T38_A

Please, what's the issue? It would be nice that once the installation is validated, we do not have this kind of inconvenience... I wonder why this is the case, I have not changed anything on my computer.

-P3Dv4.5 academic.

-What time zone are you in? If it matters 2019-10-13 20:31:43 does not correspond to the time at which I tried in vain to validate the product. I'm on Paris time.
I just tried again at 2019-10-14 05:52. It does not work, more if I cancel the message, P3D crashes!

-Btw, the aircraft must have been registered at the end of August when I bought and installed it. I don't understand why I have to reactivate the product almost 2 months later (it can still pass) and especially why it doesn't accept my details?

If you got the update we accidentally sent out recently for the commercial T-38A then that would be the cause. We sent out a new update to correct this. If you can’t get it through the MVAMS, Ois will send it to you.

-Downloaded MV_T-38A_Installer_v1.191004.exe
Is it the good one?

-Deinstalled the version I had

-Installed the new version (see above)

-Restart the computer

-Launch P3Dv4.5 HF1, load any T-38A Adv Redux.

-The DRM asks my email adress and the code I had when I bought this product.
Again, I answer correctly, again your DRM throws me out with the "famous" message. What's the deal?

Can you PM me with a screenshot of your activation window after putting in your details but before clicking the register button? Don't post it here since it contains private details.

Also, if you have the T-38C, you are certain you are not trying to use the T-38C's code?

When I drop a screenshot in your private message, there is no more accessible menu, there is only the screenshot, I have to go back a window and there the picture is no longer there!

Please, could you explain me step by step how to join a file (screenshot or zip file)...

Btw, yes I'm sure I'm using the right code for the Redux "A"
