haven't found anything in the manuals about it (is it there?), but after a compressor stall with both engines I asked myself how to restart one or two engines inflight?

Ah, ok found it out ... more or less by accident.
But what is the exact procedure and velocity range?

At or below 26000ft, 260 to 310kts. You can use the engine start button, or throttle to max. You should have at least 16% RPM.

And AOA should be kept low (1g stabilized flight).
