VC throttles don't move

Hi,
Thanks for the great upgrade price for existing owners of the previous T-38 ADV. She's a beautiful aircraft.
Having an odd issue with the throttles, where I can click the throttle off and on to start and shut down the engines, but otherwise they do not move in response to my joystick throttles. The engines do spool up and down in response to throttle movements but somewhat erratically - they fluctuate in power and do not reach full power.
Any suggestions?
Thanks again!

In P3D do you have Options > Controls > Other > Input Method set to Directinput?

Are you using FSUIPC?

Thanks for the responses. Yes, I'm using FSUIPC. Disabling FSUIPC allowed me to see the power levers moving in the VC, and power could be set without erratic fluctuations. Without FSUIPC I saw the power levers moving in both Direct and Raw input modes as set in P3D.
I managed one takeoff and then the aircraft tumbled uncontrollably immediately after liftoff. I did tailstrike it however as I had full fuel.
Then on subsequent starts, still without FSUIPC and with Direct input, the power levers wouldn't move. Restarting the computer for more testing!

Hmmm, still didn't work after a restart. Now the throttles on my joystick have no effect on power setting and power lever position. FSUIPC still disabled, and we're still set to Direct input.
Using key commands (F2, F3) for power levers has no effect either.

Move your throttles to wherever you desire your afterburner threshold to be, go to your Addons menu->Milviz T-38A and Set Afterburner threshold and see if that solves it. DirectInput is required, and also need to know which events you have tied your throttles to.

Thanks very much! I tried as suggested. I have control over VC power lever position with my hardware levers, and the engines respond appropriately.
However I still have an issue where the aircraft won't unstick from the ground until it runs off the end of the runway and hits an obstacle and just gets thrown into the air. This occurs >200knots on the runway I'm using. This is on a half fuel load.
I run EZDOK v2 ASP3Dv4 with ASCA. Accusim is installed but disabled for this aircraft.

Following on from the previous - this is with 60% flaps, takeoff trim button held until green annunciation, yaw damper on, and both engines on afterburner.

Hi,
Deactivate the "Fuselage Shakes" in Ezca v2...
Hope this help.

Ezdock is known to clash with ADV models.

Thanks. I think I had all camera effects apart from views disabled, but I'll try again this evening and select the EZDOK "globally disable" option.

As Richard wrote Deactivate the "Fuselage Shakes" should do it.

Thanks guys. That seems to have done the trick. Flies very well. Fantastic. Love it.

I actually have the same problem, although moving the throttle to the afterburner zone and clicking the Set afterburner Threshold unsticks the throttles, and they move correctly after that. MVAMS do not seem to react to throttle movement though, and I cannot set the threshold in MVAMS.
Also, I have to do this every time I cold-start the aircraft.
I have FSUIPC but have not done any throttle bindings there.
I do run Directinput.
I don't have EZDoc or any other camera-mod installed.
Minor annoyance since I know how to fix it, but a bit weird.
