MVAMS problem with T-38

The old aircraft T-38 ADV is still there in the MVAMS. after uninstalling it, but the interface for the new aircraft is there.

The problem seems to be within the updater,MVAMS, the fault appear when it is active. It is impossible to install, outside or inside the installer/updater (MVAMS) when it is active. It recognize the new T-38 as the old one and want to update it. When I close the MVAMS with Task Manager or has not opened it, then it is possible to install. Updates are not possible without closing the MVAMS in Task Manager first, or do a main installation of any aircraft. NVAMS wants to update and install the T-38 ADV, not the T-38 RDX. It also wants to update to an older version of T-38 ADV, 180108, not the latest version V3 180501 I already got.

NVAMS still has to be closed before updating. This was not the case before with Windows v.1803, but updating to Windows 10 Proffesional 64 bit v.1809, everything has to be run as adminstrator. Had the same problem Installing REX Enviromentforce not installing the SQL Server Local DB 2016 during install.
Windows is fantastic

Note: UAC is set to minimum.
