Non-displaying skin

Here's a strange one:
The texture for the T-38A No 18324 of the 509th Bomber Wing does not display as it should.
All I get is a black skin on the aircraft.
There's nothing obvious to account for this -- not that I can determine, at least.

Hi,
Not to hijack, but just checked out 509.
It does look kinda dark, with very subdued decals. Whether or not that's the intention, I wouldn't know.
Personally I think it looks absolutely smashing, but I'm dark at heart and like black...

Is this what you're seeing on your end, dhazelgrove?
The only "issue" I've seen so far, is that a tiny bit of manual editing is necessary on older (pre-redux) 3rd party repaints.
Most older repaints have the naming convention T38A_x_T for the main textures, while the Redux seems to be looking for T38A_x_T_albedo.
Unless the "_albedo" is tacked onto the names of the main external textures, any repaints defaults to the USAF "Smurf" livery (blue and grey).
After adding "_albedo" to the T38A_x_T files, older liveries show up perfectly. And it's an easy fix for people that like 3rd party liveries, takes all of 27 secs.
Here's an example (screenie doesn't do it justice; looks much more shiny and nice in-sim):

The issue is definitely within the skin.
The reason I've said that is that I swapped-out the 509 skin and replaced it with one from my FSX installation.
I changed the names of the dds files and it now displays as expected -- as shown.

If you have a black texture for the "509" repaint, then just replace the contents of the 'texture.509' subdirectory with the contents of the attached.
