REQ: tone down the internal lights a bit?

Hello and thanks for the nice new version of the T38!

Is it possible to reduce the internal lights a bit?
If I switch on them on the lowest possible step, they do illuminate everything really bright.
This is valid for all three: instrument, flood and console lights.

All in all there is not more difference in brightness if I move that switches more then 20% or to 100%

Of course, it depends on personell HDR and brightness settings, but I think despite this, the internat lights are too bright currently.

TFDI will be doing an update to RealLight soon which will fix this. If we dim things and then do the update they will be too dark.
