Request performance data information

Dear MilViz,
I read the posts that you are not allowed to release any of the documents you have on performance, however how are we supposed to fly the P180 without *ANY* kind of data?
Push the thrust levers all the way forward until the red lights come on, pull them back half an inch and hope for the best?
I totally understand you are not allowed to share any official documentation, however please be so kind to at least give us some sort of guidance.
For instance: What's the min and max V speeds for the lowest and the highest weight?
Which Prop/Powersettings are we looking at roughly for takeoff, climb, cruise, descent, landing and go around?
What's the lower Vref, what's the highest?
I'm not looking for any original manufacturer charts and stuff, all I want is some guidance as to which settings I need for the different phases of flight during standart conditions and weights.
That's essential stuff for piloting any airplane...
