You cant find it in the controls or you cannot find reference material of what speeds to set?

That information appears hard to come by and the information used to develop the aircraft is copyrighted so I can't post anything here.

These are what I am using until something better comes along. These are from real world flight test reports of the Avanti, not necessarily the EVO. Just some input - certainly not official.
The reporter/pilot based flight tests are generally lightly loaded, so consider these a minimum.
Rotate -105kts (mid flaps)
Climb at 170kts until at least FL250
Finals at 120kts
