Install trouble [Resolved - Corrupted dll.xml]
Hello.
I am receiving an error message when the program tries to install the xmltools. I have disabled all security as suggested, but whenever it gets to this process, the error message pops up. The rest of the installation goes well, however, I was unable to load the P3D after. After I uninstalled and reinstalled I can actually get into the aircraft, but the gauges are only somewhat operable and the propellers are not spinning. There is obviously something on my end, however, I'm not sure what it is or what to do. Thank you.
Other than that, she looks and sounds great, guys. Nice work. ( order #0081276025)
If I missed a step in the support request protocol, I do aplogize.
This is from the ticket page:

Re: Install trouble
Do you have P3D installed in a different folder than default?
Can you please try to navigate to
C:\Program Files\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v5\SimObjects\Airplanes\MV_P180E\Prereq
And execute XMLToolsInstaller.exe (Right click and run as Admin)

Re: Install trouble
You may have a corrupted dll.xml or edited it and not saved in the proper format or another addon may have done so. You could try temporarily deleting /renaming dll.xml and exe.xml and let P3D build new ones...
