Just bought this PC6 and first time loaded and flew okay, but blew the engine and landed without power. Exited fsx and tried running fsx again but program crashed to desktop whenever I selected the PC6. How can I get fsx to run this one again?

Edit - I re-installed the program again and when I tried loading it, it prompted that I had exceeded activation. This has been so frustrating, can I ask for a refund?

I searched all over but could not find where the support forum is. Must it be so hidden? Can someone please point that out to me?
