Rudder Trim

Hi,

Apparently, one should set rudder trim full right for TO.

All good, but rudder trim switch will not bring it back left after TO!

Am I missing something?

Thanks

Moved this post to the support area. I haven't seen this issue before it should be working, have you tried restarting the sim and see if the issue goes away?

Thanks for reply.
Yes, I have restarted many times. This rudder thing is every time I TO.
On the ground, no prob, I can trim L-R to my hearts content! But, not after TO!

I have been trying to replicate this but have been unable to do so. It's working fine on the ground or in the air from a cold and dark state. Are you using the physical switch in the VC or do you have this mapped to a buttons or keys?

Unfortunately no, I can't replicate it on our side. Can you list your sim hardware you are using either in your signature or here in this thread?

CH Yoke. Mapped for default flight controls (Throttle, Ailerons, Elevators)
Saitek Pedals. Mapped for rudder and brakes
MS Controller (X-Box). Mapped for camera views only
T. Hotas X (not connected for Pilatus)

May be related, but I note that the trim indicator panel (above glass PFD) which has Rudder trim, AOA (and something else which escapes my mind right now) does not update when in the air. On the ground, no prob.

Thanks for looking into this for me. I hope that this input may help.
