Hi,

I'm wondering if I'm able to transfer my SimMarket license to an ORBx one, as for some reason my SimMarket account is unaccessable after being inactive for a year due to training.

I have asked ORBx support, and they informed me to come here to confirm that MilViz were willing to transfer the license.

Why won't simmarket re-instate your account?
What did they say when you contacted them?

The login doesn't work at all, and support doesn't respond to my emails. I'm unsure if it was due to inactivity, as I stopped logging in throughout most of 2020 due to job changes.
