refund request

Hi everyone,
I would like to know if it is possible to get a refund for the PC-6 Pilatus Porter as it is not compatible with P3DV5. Unfortunately and reluctantly, I no longer use it since I have permanently deleted the V4 and I do not see any prospects for product updates anywhere.

Hi, unfortunately this was never sold as a V5 compatible product, if you uninstalled your V4 and moved on , that does not fall on us.

The good news is that the PC-6 is getting updated for V5 , most likely a free upgrade. I cannot provide a timeline yet as to when the upgrade will be released. We will also be offering PBR upgraded versions for a minimal cost some time after the products are made available for V5. More details can be found on facebook or our forums.

Ok ... my message was provocative made on purpose to raise the "update" issue. So the update is ready ... I'm very happy
