Blessed are you ... I installed it, but the simulator crashes when I start P3D V5. I can only see the preview of the plane when I select it. It doesn't work for me. If you can explain to me how you installed it, thank you

I have got it working A1 I forgot to tell you if you have the MV Beaver go into the panel folder and copy and paste the MV_WX.dll file into the pc6 panel folder and let it over write then you can start the motor and everything works fine good luck

Unfortunately it doesn't work and unfortunately I don't have the Beaver file. After installing the plane, I renamed the MV_WX file to the Panel folder. I started the sim, the plane sees it in the list, but when I start the flight it crashes. Now I have removed the True Glass and Real Light folders ... let's try

And with six you get egg rolls.

I can confirm previous methods/findings. AC visible in menu. Select AC, hit the go dog go button; black screen/CTD. Uninstalled/Reinstalled results unchanged. Bad Juju. Clean v5 install, all other systems AOK.

At least it died a quick death. I don't think my tinkering with this one is going to work so I'll leave it to the Milviz Wizard's knowing that a hotfix/new version will be forthcoming. Me thinks they've got a lot on their plates right now with v5. The PC-6 is the only bush plane that makes me sweat on approach to a field that's way too short and way too small that I would never dream of attempting in real life. And believe me, if my insurance company ever knew some of the places I've been they would start reevaluating our relationship immediately. I miss that airplane.

In the words of Sir Winston Churchill, "Americans will always do the right thing. Usually only after exhausting every other possibility".

Keep the blue side up and the greasy side down unless there's frivolous aerobatics going on.

That would violate the copyrights I guess.

As in, you gave him the dll?

I have a familiar issue with the FSX version of A2A Texan T6 to get it to work in P3D v4 64-bit. Therefor, I need the 64-bit dll's. With the free release of the A2A P-40, I got the 64-bit Accusim.dll which woke up the bird in P3D v4 but there is another one: T6.dll in the panel folder, a file of just 1,67 MB to get my FSX Texan fully working in P3D v4. So I'm just 1,67 MB away from that.

But there's no way I'll ask anyone to send me that file. That would be highly illegal.

Cheers and I hope you didn't provide that dll publicly on this forum of the developer. :)
