CWS dead zone too wide

Good morning,

I often use the autopilot in ROL mode with the CWS on to correct the heading.
But I noticed that the dead zone before the aircraft reacts to my yoke, ...is very wide...about 20 deg

It is not a yoke issue...as I get an immediate feedback when I am flying without the autopilot.

Is there a way to reduce this dead zone,,,and to get a more sensitive response?
