I have just to buy the PC-6 Pilatus and after 4 flights I´ve noticed there´s no animation in the main landing gear.
It does not flex when landing nor stretches at take off. It is a pitty because the model is very realistic indeed.

I don't know if it should 'flex' , but the struts do compress and extend.
If you were to tell us a bit more about your setup, and the conditions under which you see this behaviour, we might be able to help you.
