how to set the water rudder up/down?

I got the answer from other users.
for those interested...it is located in the left side of che cockpit. A small red lever below the CWS switch in the horizontal panel.

I use a key also for this only.

Yes we are active (working from home of course), but lately all hands have been extremely busy.
