KAP night lighting

Hi all,

I know its a known issue for long time now. But as I recently got the Twinkie is was surprised that the Twinkies KAP panel is not showing the arkward night lighting issue. I run the Porter with NAvstax and the light grey night lighted KAP is a real pain in the eyes. So if it is possible to have correct night lighting on the KAP as shown in the Twinkie, what do I have to do to get the night lighting in the others fixed?

Cheers and thanks
Thorsten

Just to clarify what I'm talking about. So again the question, would it be possible to be fixed?

In addition you see that the navstax lights are not triggered by the instrument lights switch.

Cheers and Thanks

Hello ,I downloaded and installed the Twinkie and took a look at the differences in the autopilot bitmaps I note its unlit and that the default kits maps wouldn't operate in lighted state.

An option to make the autopilot panel dark in the PC6 would be to unzip the attached .dds into its (PC6) texture folder , that should disable it in that aircraft .

Transferring the entire set of navigation equipment bitmaps would turn off the selection of these units.

Hope the info is of some use .

Best CJ

The Navstax still not driven by the instrument lights but perhaps will open a new topic for it...
