left doors won't open [SOLVED]

Hello,

the double left cargo doors are not opening, either from the inside or the outside, with the leftclick: I can hear only the sound, without the animation

I have flawlessly installed and running the lastest update 0821, and the manual does not say anything about this matter...isn't it?

just a feedback, rather than a support request, nonetheless

I'm not in front of the aircraft right now, but are your flaps down by any chance?

Hi, sorry for the delayed reply, I have been absent from the PC

you might have a point, yet I'm not so sure: after a few flights (using the same situation, saving time by time), I think I've always done the full shutdown checklist, and the left doors would not open, never; as far as I remember, eight days ago, I checked for the flaps, nonetheless ...

today I've created a new situation (I always start C&D), and the left doors are correctly opening ....

now I notice that left doors won't open anymore after I start turning on the aircraft (I don't mean the engine), only the handles move, with flaps still untouched

Where the issue lies is with the manufacturer I suspect, I cant duplicate it but that door hardware was supposed to lock when any flaps were deployed , it may be a controller has one degree of flaps set or the door is in need of some maintenance , lubrication , cleaning .

I've cleared any default p3d axes/button setting from controls (not set by me), as a matter of fact now doors open and close as expected, thanks
