Flight1 GTN650 Screen Shimmering

I have the radios set to Flight1 GTN750/650. I've noticed that the actual screen of the GTN650 has a transparent grayish strip across it. This strip is constantly shimmering. There's a small narrow area along the top and bottom of the screen which is not affected.
