Cannot login to my milviz account

Hi,
I already sent an email to contact@milviz.com about this issue but didn't get an answer yet, so I'm trying to post on this forum hoping that this can be resolved. I purchased the Turbo Porter from the milviz store and got a receipt via email, but no serial number was provided so I can't install the PC-6. I tried to login to my milviz account but my password doesn't work and the password reset option doesn't work either! It tells me that a reset password email has been sent to my email address but I never received it despite several tries. Please tell me what to do now, because at the moment I'm unable to use the product.
