Cannot login to my milviz account

Hi,

I already sent an email to contact@milviz.com about this issue but didn't get an answer yet, so I'm trying to post on this forum hoping that this can be resolved. I purchased the Turbo Porter from the milviz store and got a receipt via email, but no serial number was provided so I can't install the PC-6. I tried to login to my milviz account but my password doesn't work and the password reset option doesn't work either! It tells me that a reset password email has been sent to my email address but I never received it despite several tries. Please tell me what to do now, because at the moment I'm unable to use the product.

We replied on the 11th. Please check your junk mail. I have re-sent it just in case.

Thank you for the support, I received your email with the serial number, I will try to install the Porter next week. Your aircraft reignited my love for Bush flying all over again, thank you for that!

For all such problems please contact me directly via email (see my sig). You will normally get a response within 2 - 12 hours max
(unless we are away or ill)
