Could you please try uninstalling and then re-install again. this
has fixed similar issues on the forum.

Hi Michel

I have spoken to our coder and he thinks it may be an issue caused
by conflicting character sets.

He has asked that you copy the attached file to your p3d main
folder.
Please then find the file dll.xml (in the same folder) and manually
add the following

<Launch.Addon
<NameXMLTools64</Name
<DisabledFalse</Disabled
<ManualLoadFalse</ManualLoad
<PathXMLTools64.dll</Path
<DllStartNamemodule_init</DllStartName
<DllStopNamemodule_deinit</DllStopName
</Launch.Addon

Did you copy the files as suggested by our developer?

You may also try typing in your activation code by hand - this has helped other users

Yes and I arrive at the window customer information but I have

I do the steps you wrote, but always the same issue!

Is it possible you have an antivirus/firewall software interfering?

I only have windows firewall and it does not interfere

Is your Windows itself up to date? If so, we may need to schedule a remote support session so I can take a direct look.

What are you searching for in me windows?
